At Print World Zone, every product is custom-made based on your approved artwork and specifications. Since each order is unique, we follow a strict refund and reprint policy outlined below.

All printing and LED display production begins only after final design approval from the client. Approval may be provided via email, WhatsApp, or written confirmation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork files are correct, print-ready, and approved. Print World Zone will not be held liable for design errors present in the client’s supplied files.

In the event of an approved reprint, the replacement order will be produced and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary based on material and availability.
