Refund & Reprint Policy

At Print World Zone, every product is custom-made based on your approved artwork and specifications. Since each order is unique, we follow a strict refund and reprint policy outlined below.

1. Approval Process

All printing and LED display production begins only after final design approval from the client. Approval may be provided via email, WhatsApp, or written confirmation.

Once approved, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided once the artwork, proof, or order is approved for printing.
• Refunds are not applicable for customer errors such as incorrect spelling, color codes, or design layout in the submitted files.
• Cancellation requests made after production has started are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where the order has not entered production and is subject to a 10–20% administrative fee.

3. Reprint Policy

• If a product is received damaged or misprinted due to a manufacturing or printing error, a reprint will be offered at no additional cost.
• Reprint requests must be raised within 24 hours of product delivery along with photo or video proof of the issue.
• Reprints are provided only for identical specifications (size, material, quantity, and design) as originally ordered.
• Minor variations in color shades, brightness, or finishing caused by machine calibration or material differences are not eligible for reprints.

4. File Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork files are correct, print-ready, and approved. Print World Zone will not be held liable for design errors present in the client’s supplied files.

5. Delivery & Replacement

In the event of an approved reprint, the replacement order will be produced and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary based on material and availability.
